Ever since my father-in-law introduced me to Pilsner Urquell – the original pilsner – I’ve been working to replicate its unique combination of rich, clean, malty-sweet flavour with pronounced bitterness. With such a simple recipe composed of only pilsner malt and the signature Saaz hops, making this beer is all about process perfection.
